New Zealands wonderfully fresh produce; meats, game, poultry,
vegetables and fruits are used wherever possible to create
Pacific or Mediterranean inspired meals. New Zealand or
European cheeses are served as are proper puddings. A four
course dinner is planned in consultation with our guests.
After drinks in the drawing room, dinner is served either
in the elegant dining room or on the deck beside the pool
as our guests prefer.
Breakfast is also served either in the dining room or al
fresco as desired (or the weather dictates) and comprises
freshly squeezed orange juice (or perhaps apple and feijoa),
fresh local fruit and yoghurt, cereal or porridge and home
made bread or muffins. Cooked dishes using local bacon and
sausages and free range eggs and tomatoes are included in
the tariff.
A small, carefully selected range of fine local wines is
available to compliment your meals.
Morning and afternoon teas are available if required.
