Conditions & Cancellations
Check-in 2.30 pm and check out 11.00 am or by prior
arrangement.
Due to the nature of our business, we think you
will understand that we must observe the following
cancellation conditions:
Where cancellations are received up to 14 days prior
to arrival, there will be no cancellation fee.
Cancellations received less than 14 days prior to
expected arrival will be subject to 30% of the full
booking. Cancellations made within 7 days prior
to arrival, or a no show, will be charged at 100%
of the booking. This will be charged to the credit
card number given at the time of booking.
In both cases every effort will be made to re-sell
the room and if this is possible there will be no
cancellation charge.

Directions:
Leave Whangarei on SH14 towards Dargaville.
Proceed for 11km to the village of Maungatapere.
Proceed through village, pass the community
hall on the left and take next turning on
left into Pukeatua Road. Continue along Pukeatua
Road for approximately 1.6km until you reach
a dip in the road. As you rise out of the
dip, Lakehouse is at the top of the second
driveway on the right.
